How to Downgrade RPD from version 325 to version 320 on OBIEE 11.1.1.6.7

Problem:

[nqs Error:36010] server version 320 can not read the newer version 325 of the repository C:\Users\ali\rpd\ECM_622.rpd

Solution:

Goto START menu > All Programs > OBIEE Client > BI Command Prompt

Command Format:

qgenoldverrpd [-P repository_password] -I input_rpd_pathname –O output_rpd_pathname -V version
-P: your RPD password
-I: Repository path and name
-o: Repository path and new name of the rep you want to name for the downgraded version
-V: To which version you want to downgrade.

Actual Command:
nqgenoldverrpd -P password -I C:\Users\ali\rpd\ECM_622.rpd -O C:\Users\ali\rpd\ECM_622n.rpd -V 320

Note: Downgrade the rpd version instead of upgrading Clinet since OBIEE will be using same rpd and then again give this error
